Delete Your NewBub Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, including backups.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open NewBub
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete account

Owners: this removes your household, all babies, their event history, and all members. Members: this removes you from your household. In both cases your NewBub account and login are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — E-mail

  1. Send an e-mail from the address linked to your account
  2. To: discofontein@protonmail.com
  3. Subject: "Delete my NewBub account"
  4. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail
