NewBub Terms of Service

- Service. NewBub is a personal record-keeping app for infant care.
- Eligibility. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) and
the parent/legal guardian of, or authorized caregiver for, any child
whose data you enter.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
NewBub records what you enter. It does not diagnose,
treat, or monitor any condition and is not a medical device. Always seek
the advice of a qualified healthcare provider about your child's health.
Never rely on NewBub for medical decisions or emergencies.
- Your data. You own what you enter.
Privacy policy. You are
responsible for who you invite to your household.
- Offline mode. Data exists only on your device; loss of the device or
uninstalling the app can permanently destroy the data; we cannot recover it.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful use; no entering data about children you are
not responsible for.
- Availability & liability. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent
permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit liability to the amount
you paid (statutory consumer rights in the EU remain unaffected).
- Termination. You can stop using the service and delete your account at
any time; we may suspend accounts violating these terms.
- Governing law. [EU member state]; mandatory consumer protections of your
country of residence still apply.
